All motorboats under 60 feet can, and should, get OneCaptain. It’s the better way to boat.
While OneCaptain connects boat owners with emergency assistance over the phone, we’re not able to send repair technicians to you. If an issue can’t be resolved during a call, we’ll act as the agent and contact SeaTow®, BoatUS® or a similar towing company on your behalf. We won’t leave you stranded.
No, we’re not able to provide roadside trailer towing at this time.
We’re unable to dispatch a tow if a state of emergency has been declared or if there is foul weather. We also do not provide assistance for boats being towed for salvage.
You can download our app from the Apple App Store or Google Play using your personalized code.
We receive telematics information from the installed device in order to diagnose critical events.
Call our emergency number if you can’t get your boat started, deal with engine failure, run out of gas, incur propeller damage, or have an electrical or other mechanical system failure. Please do not call our emergency number for personal or non-emergency mechanical failures. If you get into an accident or have a health emergency, please dial 911.
$549 for the first year, after that, your card on file will be automatically charged $299 annually. As a reminder, our hardware has a 5-year battery life. See participating dealers for more details.
